A visit of Islamic Higher Council to the Command and Forces Deployment Ship KALAAT Beni Abbas
Within the framework of a visit to the Command and Forces Deployment Ship «Kalaat Beni Abbas» N° 474, a delegation from the Islamic Higher Council led by «Dr. BOUABDELLAH Ghoulam Allah», arrived at the Principal Naval Base Mers el Kebir «Chahid Boucif Belhadji» in November 14th, 2023, where it was received by the General Commander of the Principal Naval Base Mers El Kebir/2ndMR with the presence of some high staff of the Base. A wreath of flowers was then laid on the Base’s commemorative stele, with the recitation of el Fatiha over the souls of the glorious martyrs. The delegation headed to the hall of honor where an official welcoming speech was given by the Base Commander.
The delegation visited the command and forces deployment ship « Kalaat Beni Abbas » N° 474 in order to consult its features and missions as well as a visit was paid to the Base’s museum which coincided with the presence of The Major-General commander of the West Maritime Façade/2ndMR who gave a welcoming speech to the Higher Islamic Council members.
