The Commander of Naval Forces inspects the Corvette missile launcher “RAIS HASSAN BARBIAR”
In the framework of the military cooperation with Tunisia, for 2022, the Commander of Naval Forces, Major General BENMEDDAH Mahfoud, carried out the inspection of the Corvette missile launcher “RAIS HASSAN BARBIAR” n° 807, in November 17th ,2022, in the North quay of the Admiralty, at the Naval Forces headquarters " Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa ", before its participation in the seventh edition of the common exercise entitled with “MORJAN 2022” during the period from November 21st to 27th, 2022.
This exercise aims to promote and develop cooperation between the two countries in the field of naval monitoring and security, particularly in terms of the naval borders monitoring, the fight against terrorism and the forbidden acts in the sea.
During the inspection, the Commander of Naval Forces checked the state of the vessel and its crew.
