In the framework of the military cooperation activities with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization “NATO”, a training team “MTT”, affiliate to this organization, has organized a study seminar on “the International Submarine Escape and Rescue Liaison Office” in October 18th-19th, 2022 at the Army National Club, the first military region.
This study seminar placed under the authority of the Naval Forces Command, in the form of conferences and workshops moderated by the framers of the common command of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization armies for the profit of the Ministry of National Defense, which will allow our superior staff to:

- - Understand the role of this world organization “ISMERLO” to improve the rescue means of the sub-marines;
- - Know the different world systems available for the sub-marine’s rescue;
- - Utilize “ISMERLO” electronic web page dedicated to the world coordination for the sub-marine’s rescue;
- - Utilize “ISMERLO” website as a means of planning and implementation of a process or an exercise of submarine’s escape and rescue.
