Within the framework of the implementation of the conferences program of the general culture for 2024, Doctor DEBCHE ISMAIL, gave a lecture in December 18^th, 2024, at the Naval Forces Command headquarters « Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa » in Zeralda, entitled with: «Territorial security of Algeria and international challenges in the region», with the presence of the Naval Forces’ executives and officers.
