Mr.the General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People’s National Army in a work and inspection visit to the Naval Forces Command headquarters
Within the framework of his inspection visits to different components of People’s National Army during the holy month of Ramadan, Mr. the General Said CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People’s National Army carried out, on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024, a working and inspection visit to the Naval Forces Command headquarters “Chahid Souidani Boujemaa” where he met its high officials and personnel.
After the welcoming ceremony by Mr. the Major-General Mahfoud BENMEDDAH Naval Forces Commander, Mr. the General observed a minute of silence on the soul of the martyr and the hero “Souidani Boujemaa” who’s the Naval Forces Command bears his name and laid a wreath of flowers in front of his commemorative stele before reciting the Fatiha in his memory and that of the brave Chouhada
Mr. The General followed a welcoming speech delivered by Mr. The Major General Naval Forces Commander, which included congratulations on the occasion of victory day corresponding to March 19th each year, he confirmed that it is a great opportunity to all the Naval Forces’ officials to listen to your instructions and directives to carry on the missions assigned to them under the supervision of your authority to face the threats and the geopolitical dangers.
After that, Mr. the General had a meeting with the Naval Forces Command officials and personnel where he delivered an orientation speech diffused to all the Naval Forces units and schools via videoconference system, in which he congratulated them on the occasion of the victory day corresponding to March 19th each year calling them to ask mercy on the souls of all the martyrs of Algeria.
Mr. The General also confirmed that official and personnel of the Algerian Naval Forces are required to have the highest levels of readiness and the sense of responsibility in performing the tasks assigned to them.
At the end of the meeting Mr. the General listened to the communications of the Naval Forces Command personnel to whom he gave instructions and recommendations related to the field of competence.
Mr. The General also inspected different structures and facilities of the Naval Forces Command headquarters where he emphasized the necessity of providing all professional and living conditions of the personnel, particularly during the holy month in order to perform the missions assigned to them in a perfect way.
