Within the framework of a presentation visit, the Major-General Noureddine KAID, Naval Forces Chief of Staff, received in September 24^th, 2024 at the Naval Forces Command headquarters "Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa", the Attaché of Defence at the Embassy of Kingdom of Spain, Colonel Torres Fernandez JOSE MARIA.
