Within the framework of implementing the procedures of the People’s National Army preparation directive for 2024-2025, the Naval Forces Command organized in February 25^th, 2025 a seminar entitled with: “The Naval Forces need of command and control system: The project from reflection to piloting” at the naval Forces Command headquarters Chahid “Souidani Boudjemaa”.
     Mr. the Major-General Noureddine KAID, Chief of the Naval Forces’ Staff supervised the opening of this seminar’s works moderated by the People’s National Army seniors and specialists working in the fields of command, control and transmission systems.


     This seminar aimed to studying the Naval Forces’ needs in the field of command and control systems through presenting the main concepts of these systems, their design and development steps as well as their implementation mechanisms and its supervision in order to ensure its realization in the highest levels of efficiency and operational readiness considering the aspects relevant to integration and inclusion and inter-compatibility with their peers working in the People’s National Army.








     This seminar was an opportunity to exchanging expertise and sharing experiences between different specialists to foresee complete solutions with an integrated concept in the context of strategic orientation of the People’s National Army towards enhancing the sovereign capacities in the digital field and the intelligent systems in line with the modern technological developments in the world of defence.
