Mr. the Major-General, Chief of the Western Maritime Façade, supervised in June 27th, 2024 at the Non-Commissioned Officers School in Mostaganem/2^ndMR the promotions graduation ceremony of the school year 2023-2024, which bears the Martyr’s name “ HAMMOU Othmane ”. At the end of this ceremony Mr. the Major-General honoured the Martyr’s family.
