In implementation of the general culture lecture program planned for 2022, Dr. BAALOUDJ Salim delivered a lecture in October 27th, 2022, at the Naval Forces Command Headquarters « Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa », entitled with «The crimes of France in Algeria and international responsibility in treating the memory file », with the presence of high staff and officers from the Naval Forces.
