Within the framework of implementing the Algerian- Russian military bilateral cooperation program, the Oceanographic Research Ship « YANTAR » docked in 27th November 2024 at Algiers’ port for a stopover of four (04) days.
During this stopover, the mission Chief and the accompanied delegation paid a courtesy visit to Mr. the Brigadier General Central Maritime Facade/1stMR, at Algier’s Naval Base/1stMR.
This stopover allows exchanging expertise and reinforcing cooperation between the two countries navies.
