In implementation of the general culture lecture program planned for 2022, Dr. AMMAR ABDERAHMANE delivered a lecture in November 29th, 2022, at the Naval Forces Command Headquarters « Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa », entitled with «National media challenges in the modern digital environment », with the presence of high staff and officers from the Naval Forces.
