Within the framework of the implementation of the conferences program of the general culture for 2023, Professor SAIDI Meziane, gave a lecture in October 30th,2023, at the Naval Forces Command headquarters « Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa » in Zeralda, entitled with: « French colonial crimes in Algeria: imprescriptible crimes », with the presence of the Naval Forces’ executives and officers.
