In commemoration of the sixty ninth (69th) anniversary celebration of the glorious revolution of liberation, the Major-General, Mahfoud BENMEDDAH, Naval Forces Commander, supervised, in October 31st, 2023, the ceremony of rank promotion and medals award at the Naval Forces Command headquarters " Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa " in Zeralda.
