The National Gendarmerie Higher School « Martyr Mouaz M’hamed » signed a twinning protocol with the Police Higher School « Ali Tounsi. »

 
    On December 07th, 2023, the Brigadier General, Mohamed Derrani, the commander of the National Gendarmerie Higher School, and the Police General Inspector, Jamel Younsi, the Director of the Police Higher School “Ali Tounsi”, signed a twinning protocol aimed at supporting and enhancing exchange in the field of training and academic experiences.

  

     This twinning protocol falls within the framework of implementing the provisions of the cooperation agreement between the two parties to enhance and support coordination between the two institutions, especially in the training field, for the purpose of unifying efforts and combating crime in all its forms. Additionally, the protocol aims to exchange pedagogical visits between the two schools to enhance experiences, provide theoretical and practical exercises, participate in various seminars, meetings, and scheduled study days between the parties, and organize sports activities between them.

  

    In this context, the commander of the National Gendarmerie Higher School emphasized that the signing of this protocol is a significant event as it contributes to provide a new dynamic to cooperation and coordination between the two institutions. The Brigadier General, Mohamed Derrani,also pointed out that current security challenges, particularly those related to organized crime, require more efforts, effectiveness, and efficiency in performance, which will be achieved by the concerted efforts to elevate the human resources training level, On his part, the Director of the Police Higher School emphasized the importance of signing the twinning protocol to open promising prospects between the two institutions in many areas of common interest. It also provides opportunities for scientific elites and professional frameworks to exchange experiences, which will have a positive impact on the quality of training benefits and enhance the students’training capacities and skills from both schools.
