Graduation Ceremony of National Gendarmerie Officer Classes at the Higher School of the National Gendarmerie

 
     On Monday, June 16th , 2025, the Brigadier General, Acting Commander of the National Gendarmerie, presided over the graduation ceremony of officer classes at the Higher School of the National Gendarmerie in Zéralda, named after Martyr Mouaz M’hamed , following the successful completion of a high-level military and academic training, in line with the profession’s requirements and current security challenges. The graduating classes, named after the late freedom fighter Ben Abbès GHEZAIEL’, were as follows:
  • 28th Class of Command and Staff Courses – National Gendarmerie;
  • 10th Class of Command and Staff Courses – Logistics Specialization;
  • 67th Class of perfection Courses;
  • 6th Class of Specialized Training for Active Duty Officers;
  • 58th Class of Specialization Courses for Active Officer Cadets;
  • 7th Class of Active Officer Cadets – Third Year LMD – Bachelor in Law and Public Security.

        These graduating classes underwent a balanced training program combining theoretical and practical aspects, enabling them to acquire high-level professional and military skills, qualifying them to take on field responsibilities, especially in the fields of public security and judicial police, and to contribute effectively to the protection of citizens and properties.
     
      
        The ceremony began with the review of the graduating formations by the Brigadier General, followed by the honoring of top-performing cadets through the awarding of ranks and diplomas. This was succeeded by a variety of field demonstrations including sports and combat displays, Kuk Sool martial arts and motorcycle maneuvers. The event concluded with a military parade of officer and trainee cadet formations in front of the official platform, showcasing the high level of training and education received throughout their academic journey.
     
      
        On this occasion, the Acting Commander of the National Gendarmerie honored the family of the late freedom fighter ‘Ben Abbès GHEZAIEL’, in tribute to the sacrifices of our valiant martyrs and devoted freedom fighters. The ceremony concluded with the Brigadier General signing the school’s Golden Book.
