On June 19
th, 2025, Brigadier General, Director of Telematics of the National Gendarmerie Command, presided over the graduation ceremony of new classes of non-commissioned officers and trainees of the Professional Military Qualification at the Non-Commissioned Officers School of the National Gendarmerie in Miliana. The graduating classes were named in honor of the martyr Faroukhi Mustapha.

The graduating classes included: the second class of non-commissioned officers specialized in Administration and Information and Communication Systems, the first class of non-commissioned officers specialized in Equipment, the second class of the Professional Military Qualification (levels 1 and 2) in Administration and Information and Communication Systems, the first class of the Professional Military Qualification (levels 1 and 2) in Equipment, and the second class in Information Systems training. The graduates received foundational military training along with technical and professional specialization, based on modern curricula designed to keep pace with technological advancements and meet operational requirements, thus preparing them to carry out their future duties with efficiency and competence.

The ceremony began with the Brigadier General inspecting the formations assembled in the parade ground, followed by the honoring of top graduates through the awarding of ranks and diplomas. A series of military and athletic demonstrations then took place, showcasing the high level of discipline, control, and cohesion developed during their training.
At the end of the ceremony, the Brigadier General honored the family of the martyr Faroukhi Mustapha, after whom the graduating classes were named, as a tribute of loyalty and recognition for the sacrifices of our martyrs and freedom fighters, before signing the school’s golden book.
