On Tuesday July 22nd, 2025, Major- General Sid Ahmed BERROUMANA, National Gendarmerie Commander by interim, chaired the installation ceremony of the Brigadier General MAHDJOUB ARAIBI Kamel as Regional Commander of the National Gendarmerie in Ouargla, succeeding the Brigadier General KABAILI Mohamed Réda.      The ceremony took place at the headquarters of the fourth Regional Command of the National Gendarmerie in Ouargla, in the presence of military authorities, where the National Gendarmerie Commander by interim oversaw the ceremony of handing over and receiving the national flag, the authentication of the minute of the transfer of authority, concluded by signing the Guestbook.
