On Wednesday July 23rd, 2025, Major- General Sid Ahmed BERROUMANA, National Gendarmerie Commander by interim, presided over the installation ceremony of the Brigadier General DAOUD BEN AMRA as Regional Commander of the National Gendarmerie in Constantine, succeeding the Brigadier General ZIR Bachir. The ceremony took place at the headquarters of the fifth Regional Command of the National Gendarmerie in Constantine, in the presence of military authorities.      At first, after being receiving at the headquarters of the fifth Military Region by Major- General HAMBLI Noureddine, Commander of the Region, the National Gendarmerie Commander by interim proceeded to the headquarters of the fifth Regional Command of the National Gendarmerie where he oversaw the ceremony of handing over and receiving the national flag, the authentication of the transfer of authority minute, concluded with the signing the Guestbook.
