Swearing-in Ceremony of Active Duty Officers and Officer Cadets

 
     In the presence of senior officials from the National Gendarmerie Command and the judiciary, the swearing-in ceremony took place on May 31st, 2025, at the headquarters of the Algiers Court of Justice. It was held for the 58th class of the specialized training program for active-duty officers and officer cadets, as well as the 6th class of the applied specialized training for active-duty officers, under the authority of the National Gendarmerie Command and various central directorates and commands of the People's National Army.These officers completed a one-year training program at the National Gendarmerie Judicial Police School in Yesser, as well as in various training institutions of the People's National Army, for the 2024/2025 academic year.
 
  
    The swearing-in took place in an official public session, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, granting these officers the legal capacity to begin their future duties after fulfilling all necessary legal procedures and obtaining the status of judicial police officers.
 
  
    It is worth noting that the swearing-in represents an official recognition of these officers' right to carry out their missions and prerogatives. It also symbolizes a solemn commitment to the nation, to justice, and to the citizen, within a strict framework of respect for national laws and regulations. This legal oath embodies a pledge of loyalty and an honorable commitment, forming the ethical foundation of judicial police officers’ professional conduct.
