Creation
    It was created at Hamame Debagh, city of GUELMA in 1989, to exploit it as a training center for the individuals of National Gendarmerie. It is specialized for training contractor auxiliary trainees; and Non-Commissioned Reserve Officers, to enforce the different units of National Gendarmerie.
    The site of the center was transferred from city of Guelma to city of Jijel in 2020.
