The center guarantees to the executives of People’s National Army, in parallel with the exercise of their missions, general linguistic training courses, specialized education in foreign languages according to the standards in force at the national and international levels.

Missions
     The center undertakes the following:

• Ensuring the good conduct of training in accordance with the content and time volume of the pedagogical training program prepared by the Military Institute for Foreign Languages and Translation.
• Organizing evaluation and selection examinations for of trainees.
• Ensure the application of pedagogical instructions in the field of teaching foreign languages.
• Participation in lectures and forums on teaching foreign languages methodology.
• Participation in reflection studies on foreign language education.
• Participation in preparing dictionaries of foreign military terminology with a consultation of the Military Institute for Foreign Languages and Translation.
• Managing the center’s documentary and audio-visual pedagogical assets.
• Preparing a database of executives governing foreign languages, in coordination with the Military Institute for Foreign Languages and Translation, and ensuring to be respected and implemented.
• Preparation of financial estimates in the field of management and equipment.
